Halloween Projects

Yay! I finally bought batteries.
Here is my very first table runner. I had some left over fabric from last year and just pieced them all together. It makes me nervous to try any kind of surface quilting so I just didn’t do it. Do you know what the best part of this project was? My husband actually liked it. Yay for me!

Next I made a card. I love this card! I used  K&Company and Recollections paper from last year and die cuts from svgcuts.com. The little bat is a clear stamp from Recollections. Have I mentioned I love this card? Hmm, I might just keep it.

I hope everyone’s Halloween projects are in full bloom. I can’t wait to get started on Christmas projects. Thanks for stopping by.

A Couple Of Dolls I've Made

This project isn't new but I was looking through my completed projects folder and come across these.

This is Polly. She is the first doll I ever made. I was so happy with the way she turned out I had to try to make another.

This one was never named. Poor thing! But she sure is cute. I made her using the Tiny Tots pattern from the 80's.

My daughter has been taking good care of both them but now she says it's her turn to make her own dolls. I can't believe it's been almost 5 years since I made these. I have to start sewing again.
