Trying Something New
I've seen alot of artist making scrabble tile pendants and thought I would like to try it. I didn't use scrabble tiles. I used wood shapes that you can buy at any craft store. It was really easy and fun. I also didn't use Diamond Glaze, because I can't find it anywhere in town. So I just used Mod Podge and a glossy sealer. I will be ordering some Diamond Glaze and maybe some resin and give that a try. This is what I have so far

Over A Week
If it's not one thing it's another. I was in the middle of making bags for my shop when I dicided to finally have my wisdom pulled. It was hurting for a long time but was always to chicken to have them removed. I went in on the 19th and the oral surgeon decided that the two bottom wisdoms had to come out. The surgery went well, but man was I in pain. My right side of my face is still trying to heal. It turns out they had to cut into the bone to get the tooth out. No wonder my jaw hurts so bad. To top it off I couldn't eat for about 4 days so my body is still trying to catch up. I still feel really weak and dizzy. The best part though is that I lost 5 pounds and I never have to do this again.

New
Here are a couple of bags I've been working on. I made them to be used as a gadget case, but it's so handy you can use it for anything. Just clip it on your belt loop and you're off. Great for those shopping days when you want to carry very little. On sale now at http://www.thewishingstar.etsy.com/ $10 each

Designing
I've been trying to design so many different items that I haven't had time to actually make anything. Well thats not true. I did a test run on one of my designs. This one and others will be coming to my Etsy shop soon. I hope.
